Thoughts of the Day:
(Actually, these are Thoughts of the Yesterday, but I didn't get around to posting them until now.)
I was standing at a crosswalk yesterday morning with an emo kid who had ash-blond, longish hair, spiked straight up on top. I'm pretty sure he would have been horrified to know that he was a dead ringer for a young Rod Stewart--probably not the look he was going for. Maybe I should have told him--heh.
Maybe I should make a hobby out of shattering the illusions of emo kids. Might be fun. (Hmm...plenty of opportunities for this on Vox, I think.)
Papa Murphy's is a weird name for a pizza chain, isn't it?
"Murphy" is decidedly not an Italian name. Not that it's really
authenticly Italian pizza. Mostly, I go there for the Hawaiian. Maybe
it should be called Papa Kimo's.
I have new shiny red shoes! I'm not wearing them today, though,
because I have a feeling they're gonna ruin my pedicure, and I think I
can get another week out of this one if I'm careful.
I realized last night that Nordstrom will probably shorten the
pants I ordered from them for free, instead of taking them to my dry
cleaners and paying $15 a pair. This officially makes getting slacks
from Nordstrom more economical than Lane Bryant.
I brought them on the bus so I can take them to the
downtown store after work, thus saving me a trip in the car and
shortening my bus ride home.
Speaking of the bus, I must've looked really tired Thursday evening, because a little old lady (well, she was probably in her 60s) offered me her seat. How embarrassing is that?

MIGHT be? Might? I think it's a worthy goal!
